Before proceeding with your submission to Pharmacosmic: Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, please carefully read and confirm that your manuscript meets all the requirements outlined below. By continuing with your submission, you acknowledge that you have verified compliance with these essential criteria.

Manuscript Requirements and Originality: Your manuscript must fall within the scope of pharmaceutical sciences as defined by our journal, represent original work that has not been published elsewhere, and not be currently under review at another publication. All sources must be properly cited using Vancouver referencing style, and the manuscript should be checked for plagiarism and similarity issues. The work must be written in clear, professional English with word count within the specified limits for your chosen article type. Your abstract should be structured with Background, Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion sections (250-300 words), accompanied by 3-6 keywords using MeSH terminology where possible.

File Submission and Format Requirements: You must upload your main manuscript file in Word format, anonymized for peer review, along with a separate title page containing complete author information. All figures must be high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI) and properly labeled, while tables should be editable and correctly formatted with self-explanatory captions. Supporting documents including Conflict of Interest statements for all authors, Author Contribution statements, ethics approval documentation (if applicable), informed consent confirmation (where required), and copyright permissions for any reproduced material must be provided.

Author Information and Declarations: All listed authors must meet established authorship criteria and have approved the final manuscript version. Complete contact information for the corresponding author is required, along with ORCID identifiers for all authors (strongly recommended). Author affiliations must be accurate and complete, with the author sequence reflecting actual contributions to the work. All potential conflicts of interest must be declared, funding sources and grant numbers acknowledged, and permissions obtained from all persons mentioned in acknowledgments.

Research Ethics and Compliance: For human subjects research, you must obtain Institutional Review Board or Ethics Committee approval, secure informed consent from all participants, maintain patient anonymity and confidentiality, and conduct research in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Animal research requires Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee approval, adherence to ARRIVE guidelines, consideration of animal welfare, and justification for animal model use. Raw data must be available upon reasonable request, data sharing statements must be included, statistical methods should be appropriate and clearly described, and all experimental procedures must be sufficiently detailed for replication.

Quality Standards and Presentation: Your research question must be clearly stated and scientifically significant, with methodology appropriate for addressing the research objectives. Sample sizes should be adequate and justified where applicable, results presented clearly with appropriate statistical analysis, and conclusions supported by the presented data. Study limitations must be acknowledged and discussed. The manuscript should be well-organized following a logical structure, written in clear and concise language free from grammatical errors, with figures and tables that enhance understanding without duplication. All abbreviations must be defined upon first use, and SI units should be used throughout.

Legal and Copyright Considerations: You must confirm that all authors hold copyright to the submitted work and agree to publication under the CC BY 4.0 Creative Commons license. Permission must be obtained for any previously published material including figures, tables, or text, ensuring no copyright infringement issues exist. You must understand that accepted articles will be published under Diamond Open Access conditions, agree to the journal's peer review process and editorial decisions, confirm the accuracy of all provided information, and authorize Pharmacosmic to publish the work if accepted.

Communication and Author Responsibilities: The corresponding author's email must be active and regularly monitored, and you must agree to receive editorial communications and peer review feedback. Prompt responses to editor and reviewer requests are expected, and you must notify the journal of any changes to contact information. By proceeding with your submission, you confirm compliance with all requirements, acknowledge authorization to submit on behalf of all co-authors, and understand that incomplete submissions may be returned without review.
